This questionnaire gives Jennifer and Heather the context we need to understand your student’s academics, testing, activities, interests, college planning and the questions your family is working through.

You do not need to know which LaunchPoint service you need. You do not need to have everything figured out. “Not sure yet” is a completely useful answer. We are looking for the full picture, not a perfect plan.
