COMMON APP QUICK CHECK SERVICE AGREEMENT

By purchasing the Common App Quick Check, you agree to the following:

Service. LaunchPoint Consulting, LLC will conduct a focused 10–15 minute strategic scan of the Common App PDF provided by the purchaser. The Quick Check may consider Activities, Honors, Additional Information/Challenges & Circumstances, overall consistency and positioning, and Personal Statement Fit.

Personal Statement Fit. Any consideration of the personal statement is limited to a brief scan of whether the essay appears to add something different to the overall application or substantially overlap with information presented elsewhere. The Quick Check does not include a comprehensive evaluation, proofreading, editing, or revision of the personal statement.

Deliverable. You will receive a concise written Quick Check that may include an overall readiness assessment, positive observations, up to five items that deserve another look, Personal Statement Fit, and a priority to consider before submission. Because every application is different, LaunchPoint does not guarantee that a specific number of concerns or recommendations will be identified.

Turnaround. The Quick Check will generally be delivered within 24–48 hours after LaunchPoint receives the complete Common App PDF and any other information required to perform the service. Incomplete or inaccessible materials may delay delivery.

Scope. The Common App Quick Check is a diagnostic scan, not a comprehensive application review. It does not include rewriting, proofreading, line editing, detailed essay feedback, supplemental essay review, verification of every application entry, direct changes to the Common App, or submission of any application materials.

Applicant Responsibility. The applicant and family remain responsible for reviewing the complete application for accuracy, complying with each college's requirements and deadlines, and making all final decisions regarding application content and submission.

No Admissions Guarantee. LaunchPoint provides educational and strategic guidance only. Purchase of this service does not guarantee admission, scholarship consideration, financial aid, or any particular admissions outcome.

Confidentiality and Materials. Application materials are provided solely for the purpose of completing the purchased service. The purchaser represents that they are authorized to provide the materials submitted for review. LaunchPoint will treat personally identifiable application materials as confidential and will not intentionally share them with unaffiliated third parties except as reasonably necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

Refunds. Because this is a personalized service, purchases are nonrefundable once LaunchPoint has begun the Quick Check. If LaunchPoint is unable to provide the purchased service, the fee will be refunded.

$19 Service Credit. The $19 Quick Check fee may be applied toward one eligible LaunchPoint service purchased within seven calendar days after delivery of the Quick Check. The credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and may not be combined with other credits or promotions unless LaunchPoint agrees otherwise.

Agreement. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
