The purpose of this service is to provide Client and Student with informed, individualized guidance to support their own college research and decision-making.
The final decision regarding which colleges to research, visit, apply to, or attend remains solely with Client and Student.

3. Information and Research
LaunchPoint's recommendations are based on information provided by Client and Student together with publicly available information reasonably available at the time the research is conducted.
College admissions policies, testing requirements, academic programs, application deadlines, tuition, scholarships, financial-aid policies, and other institutional information may change at any time.
LaunchPoint will make reasonable efforts to use accurate and current information, but Client and Student are responsible for confirming all requirements, deadlines, policies, costs, program details, and other important information directly with each college before applying or making enrollment decisions.
LaunchPoint does not control information published by colleges, universities, testing organizations, or other third parties and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or subsequent changes in third-party information.
4. Fees, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
Client agrees to pay the fee in effect at the time College List Strategy™ is purchased.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Because this service requires individualized analysis and research, College List Strategy™ becomes nonrefundable once the completed Student and Family College Priorities Intake has been submitted and LaunchPoint has begun reviewing or researching the Student's college options.
If Client requests cancellation before submitting the completed intake, the request may be submitted to LaunchPoint in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once individualized research or analysis has begun, no refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer is guaranteed if Client or Student later chooses not to complete or use the service.
If LaunchPoint is unable to provide the purchased service due to circumstances within LaunchPoint's control, LaunchPoint may offer a reasonable alternative, service credit, or refund for the portion of the service that has not been completed.
5. No Guarantee of Admission, Scholarship, or Outcome

Admissions decisions are made solely by the colleges and universities to which the Student applies and depend on numerous factors beyond LaunchPoint's control.
The fee paid to LaunchPoint is for the research, analysis, recommendations, and consulting services described in this Agreement, not for any particular outcome.
6. Client and Student Responsibilities

• Making all final decisions regarding college research, visits, applications, enrollment, and financial commitments
LaunchPoint's recommendations depend substantially on the quality and completeness of the information Client and Student provide.
If important information is omitted, inaccurate, or changes after the research is completed, the recommendations may no longer reflect the Student's circumstances.
7. Optional Review Call
College List Strategy™ includes one optional twenty (20) minute virtual review call.
The purpose of the call is to clarify the written College List Strategy Brief and answer reasonable questions directly related to the recommendations provided.
