Premium Senior Package™ Service Agreement

LaunchPoint Consulting, LLC

1. Services Included

The Premium Senior Package™ includes:

  • College List Strategy™: Personalized research and guidance to develop a working list of up to 12 colleges based on the student’s academics, interests, possible majors, and family preferences.

  • Personal Statement Intensive™: Guided support for one main college application personal statement, including final polish. LaunchPoint determines whether the service is delivered live or in a self-paced format.

  • Common App Strategy & Support™: Individualized guidance and recommendations for the Activities, Honors, and Additional Information sections of one Common Application.

  • Supplemental Essay Support: Topic guidance, two rounds of feedback, and a final proofread for up to five college application supplemental essays, as needed.

  • LaunchPoint Tracking through CounselMore: Family-portal access and support organizing application tasks, progress, and deadlines. *CounselMore portal access and active tracking begin January 1, 2027.

Additional meetings and services beyond this scope require a separate written agreement and may involve additional fees. Application submission is not included.

2. Supplemental Essay Scope

The package includes support for up to five separate supplemental essay responses. Each written response counts as one essay, even when multiple responses are required by the same college.

The student writes all drafts and makes revisions. LaunchPoint provides guidance and feedback while preserving the student’s voice and authorship. A change to a different prompt or a new topic after review begins may count as an additional essay; LaunchPoint will confirm this before proceeding.

Honors college essays, scholarship essays, and appeal letters are not included unless separately agreed to in writing.

Supplemental support is used only if needed. Unused essays do not reduce the package price and cannot be exchanged for other services, transferred to another student, or refunded.

3. Pricing and Payment

The package price is based on the purchase date:

  • Before June 1: $1,299

  • June 1 and later: $1,499

Payment in full is due at checkout. Purchasing before June 1 secures the earlier price even if agreed-upon work continues after June 1.

LaunchPoint begins individualized preparation after payment and receipt of the requested information and materials.

4. Student and Family Responsibilities

The student and family agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information and requested materials.

  • Meet agreed-upon deadlines and allow time for feedback and revisions.

  • Attend scheduled meetings or provide prompt notice when rescheduling is needed.

  • Review all recommendations and final materials carefully.

  • Ensure that submitted writing reflects the student’s own experiences, ideas, and voice.

The student and family remain responsible for final college choices, verifying current application requirements, checking the accuracy of all application entries, and completing and submitting applications and supporting materials on time.

5. LaunchPoint Tracking and CounselMore

LaunchPoint Tracking and CounselMore family-portal access are included for the student’s application cycle covered by this package. LaunchPoint will confirm the service timeline and tracking end date during onboarding.

Tracking helps organize application tasks, progress, and deadlines. Families must promptly share changes to college lists, application plans, deadlines, and application status.

Tracking does not include submitting applications, accessing college applicant portals on the family’s behalf, or contacting colleges unless separately agreed to in writing. Tracking and reminders do not replace the student and family’s responsibility to verify requirements and meet deadlines.

6. Scheduling and Turnaround

LaunchPoint coordinates meetings, material submissions, and review timelines with the family. Turnaround depends on receipt of complete materials, the scope of the work, and previously scheduled commitments.

Please share all known deadlines during onboarding and notify LaunchPoint promptly of any changes. Materials submitted late or close to a college deadline may limit the feedback or revision support that can be completed before submission.

Please contact LaunchPoint as soon as possible to request a meeting reschedule.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Because this is a personalized service, the package becomes nonrefundable once LaunchPoint begins reviewing the student’s materials or otherwise begins individualized preparation.

Unused package components do not qualify for a partial refund or credit, including when a student does not need supplemental essays, changes application plans, or chooses not to complete a service.

If LaunchPoint cannot provide the purchased services, the family will be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or a refund for services not provided.

8. No Guarantees

LaunchPoint does not guarantee admission, scholarships, financial aid, or any particular application outcome. Recommendations are based on the information available and are intended to support the student and family’s planning and preparation. Colleges make all admission and award decisions.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing the Premium Senior Package™, the purchaser confirms that they are the student’s parent or legal guardian, or a student age 18 or older, and that they have read and agree to this Service Agreement.
