STORY BLUEPRINT™ SERVICE AGREEMENT

Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing services from LaunchPoint Consulting LLC. By purchasing services from LaunchPoint Consulting LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Client Services Agreement

This Client Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between LaunchPoint Consulting LLC ("LaunchPoint," "Company," "we," or "us") and the parent or legal guardian completing registration ("Client," "you," or "your") on behalf of the participating student ("Student").

This Agreement becomes effective upon the Client's acceptance of these terms during registration and completion of payment for LaunchPoint services. By purchasing the Story Blueprint™, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

The Story Blueprint™ is a personalized written diagnostic built from the Student's own survey responses, designed to help the family understand where the Student's personal statement should go before committing to the full Personal Statement Intensive™.

The service includes:

• One student survey, completed independently by the Student

• LaunchPoint's individualized review and analysis of the Student's survey responses

• A personalized PDF report, delivered within 3 business days of survey completion, containing an Application Picture grounded in the Student's own words, identification of connecting patterns across the Student's activities, 2 to 3 distinct possible essay directions, one recommended starting point with an honest confidence level, and a short explanation of the recommended direction

The Story Blueprint™ is a written diagnostic only. It does not include a live session, verbal consultation, or any coaching beyond what is contained in the delivered PDF.

If the Student enrolls in the Personal Statement Intensive™ within 30 days of Story Blueprint™ delivery, the $99 fee will be credited toward the Personal Statement Intensive™ program fee.

2. Services Not Included

The following are not included in the Story Blueprint™ unless purchased separately:

• Any live session, call, or verbal consultation

• Essay drafting, coaching, or editing of any kind

• Revisions to the delivered PDF beyond correction of factual errors submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery

• College selection, college list development, or admissions strategy consulting

The Personal Statement Intensive™, Common App Strategy & Support, and other LaunchPoint programs are not included and must be purchased separately. The 30-day credit described in Section 1 applies only to the Personal Statement Intensive™.

3. Fees and Payment

Client agrees to pay the fee in effect at the time of purchase for the Story Blueprint™.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The Student's survey and diagnostic will not be initiated until payment has been successfully received.

Because the Story Blueprint™ is a personalized digital deliverable created specifically for the Student, refunds are not available once the Student has submitted the survey and LaunchPoint has begun the individualized review.

If Client requests cancellation before the Student has submitted the survey, a full refund will be issued.

4. No Guarantee of Admission

Client and Student acknowledge and agree that LaunchPoint makes no promise, guarantee, or warranty, express or implied, that working with LaunchPoint will result in admission, acceptance, or any scholarship or other outcome at any college, university, or program. Admissions decisions are made solely by the institutions to which the Student ultimately applies and depend on many factors outside LaunchPoint's control. LaunchPoint's role is limited to the diagnostic service described in Section 1, and the Fee is paid for the service provided by LaunchPoint, not for any particular admissions result or essay topic.

5. Client and Student Responsibilities

Student is responsible for completing the survey thoughtfully and honestly, as the quality and accuracy of the Story Blueprint™ depends entirely on the Student's own responses.

Client and Student are solely responsible for any decisions made regarding which essay direction to pursue, whether guided by the Story Blueprint™ or otherwise.

Incomplete or minimal survey responses may limit the depth and usefulness of the delivered diagnostic.

6. Ownership of Materials

The Student's survey responses, experiences, and ideas remain the Student's property.

The delivered Story Blueprint™ PDF is provided for the personal use of the Client and Student and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, shared, sold, published, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of LaunchPoint.

All LaunchPoint frameworks, templates, and diagnostic methodology used to create the Story Blueprint™ remain the sole property of LaunchPoint Consulting LLC. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of LaunchPoint's intellectual property to the Client or Student.

7. Confidentiality

LaunchPoint will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of personal, academic, and family information shared by Client or Student in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.

LaunchPoint will not knowingly disclose such information to third parties except:

• As reasonably necessary to provide services to the Student;

• With the Client's consent;

• As required by law; or

• As necessary to protect the safety or well-being of the Student or others.

Client and Student acknowledge that electronic communications, online survey tools, and digital delivery, while generally secure, cannot be guaranteed to be completely free from unauthorized access or security risks.

8. Term and Delivery

This Agreement becomes effective upon purchase and payment and remains in effect until the Story Blueprint™ PDF has been delivered.

LaunchPoint will deliver the completed Story Blueprint™ within 3 business days of the Student's survey submission. If LaunchPoint is unable to meet this timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, Client will be notified and offered a revised delivery date or a full refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchPoint Consulting LLC's total liability to Client arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the services provided under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the Story Blueprint™.

LaunchPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages related to admissions outcomes, scholarship decisions, essay direction choices, lost opportunities, lost profits, emotional distress, or other losses arising from or related to use of the Story Blueprint™.

Client acknowledges that participation in LaunchPoint services is voluntary and that all decisions regarding essay direction, college applications, admissions, scholarships, and educational opportunities remain the sole responsibility of Client and Student.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LaunchPoint and Client regarding the services described herein and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements, written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only in writing signed by both parties.

12. Agreement to Terms

By checking the required agreement box during purchase and completing payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Client further acknowledges that they are the parent or legal guardian of the participating Student and have the authority to enter into this Agreement on the Student's behalf.

Electronic acceptance of this Agreement through LaunchPoint's registration and checkout process shall have the same force and effect as a signed written agreement.
